بامكان الأخوات والأخوة الراغبين بالحضور التسجيل لهذه الورشات لدى اللجان الفرعية على النماذج الخاصة بذلك ضمن الشروط التالية:
1- أن يكون مسجلا لحضور المؤتمر الفلسطيني السادس للطب المخبري.
2- أن يدفع الرسوم الرمزية عن كل ورشة يرغب بالتسجيل لها ومقدارها ( 30) شيكل وتشمل حضور الورشة والضيافة والغداء وشهادة المشاركة.
3- الأولوية للتسجيل لورشات ما قبل المؤتمر هي للأعضاء من اللجان الفرعية في الخليل، بيت لحم، القدس ورام الله ولأن العدد محدود جدا ( 40-45 مشارك فقط في كل ورشة) ستكون الأولوية لمن يسجل أولا.
4- آخر موعد للتسجيل لكافة الورشات هو يوم الأثنين الموافق 8-3-2010.
